International Grappling Week takes place on 25 – 27 September 2026 at Victory MMA Gym, 3666 Midway Dr, San Diego, CA 92110, United States. By registering, you enter into an agreement with the INT GRAPPLING WEEK Organizers. A spot is guaranteed and reserved for you once full payment for your selected package is received.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported at checkout. The full amount of the selected package is due at the time of registration.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to intgrapplingweek@gmail.com no later than 11 September 2026, which is fourteen days before the first day of the camp. Approved refunds are returned using the original method of payment, less a non-refundable administrative fee of USD 50. No refunds are issued after 11 September 2026.
Should you wish to transfer your package to a different participant, please send a formal request to the INT GRAPPLING WEEK Organizers for approval. An administrative transfer fee of USD 50 applies and must be paid before the transfer is confirmed.
Please promptly inform us of any changes to your contact details or other personal information so that our records stay current.
Participants are solely responsible for their own health and safety throughout the duration of the camp. Each attendee is expected to assess their own physical condition and ability to take part in the activities offered. By registering, participants acknowledge that they are physically fit and medically able to engage in all camp activities without reliance on the organizers. INT GRAPPLING WEEK and its organizers will not be held liable for any health-related issues or injuries that occur as a result of participating in the camp.
INT GRAPPLING WEEK is not liable for the loss of personal items at the camp. Participants are responsible for the security of their own belongings.
