To guarantee your reservation, please select your preferred package and click on “BOOK NOW.” Ensure you have chosen the correct package before completing the booking form. Enter your billing information and select a preferred payment method. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. In case your plans change and cannot make it to the event, we will issue a refund, while we deduct 50 EUR as administrative fee.

The nearest airport to our camp location is Burgas Airport. You can also land in Sofia and Varna as alternatives and travel further to the site. From the airport to the hotel, you have the option to take a bus or a taxi. If you need any help arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, we’ll happily assist you any we can.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own flight and means of transport to the camp.
