By registering, you enter into an agreement with the INT GRAPPLING WEEK Organizers. A spot is guaranteed and reserved for you once full payment for your selected package is received.

Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by March 31. An administrative fee of 50 Euros, which is non-refundable, will be deducted from the refund amount. Excluding this fee, the balance of your payment will be returned using the original method of payment. No refunds will be issued after March 31.

Package Transfer: Should you wish to transfer your package to a different participant, please provide a formal request to the INT GRAPPLING WEEK Organizers for approval. An administrative transfer fee of 50 Euros applies and must be paid before the transfer is confirmed.

Personal Information Updates: Please promptly inform us of any changes to your contact details or other personal information to ensure our records are current.

Health Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for their own health and safety throughout the duration of the camp. It is crucial that each attendee assesses their own physical condition and ability to participate in the activities offered. By registering, participants acknowledge that they are physically fit and medically able to engage in all camp activities without reliance on the organizers. INT GRAPPLING WEEK and its organizers will not be held liable for any health-related issues or injuries that occur as a result of participating in the camp.

Personal Belongings: INT GRAPPLING WEEK is not liable for the loss of personal items at the camp. Participants are responsible for the security of their own belongings.

Code of Conduct: Participants will be expelled from the camp without a refund for any of the following behaviors:

Aggression, whether on or off the mat

Disrespect towards staff or fellow athletes

Any form of abuse, including but not limited to racism, sexism, discrimination, or harassment.

Payment Processing Fees: For payments made through Stripe or PayPal, processing fees will be charged. These fees vary depending on the payment amount and the country of payment origin, approximately 10€ for Stripe and 20€ for PayPal, and will be collected at event check-in.
